Shipping Policy
Processing Time All Nautical Legends products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:
- Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Multiple Shipments If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You will receive separate tracking numbers in this case.
International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Nautical Legends is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [nautical.legends@gmail.com] within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with our fulfillment partners to make it right.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
